Context

Design Thinking is an area of strong interest for Mary and underpins many of her client projects in commercial, public and not-for-profit sectors.

The Approach

Mary has been closely involved in London Business School’s new Design Thinking programme, ‘Innovation through Design Thinking’, since it’s design and inception. The interactive 6-week LBS course was created by Professor Julian Birkinshaw and launched in 2021.

The Results

To date, Mary has led over 200 senior executives from over 160 organisations through the programme, supporting people from multiple industries, sectors and global regions. Participant feedback has been consistently high.
