Through a range of training programmes and capability building frameworks, Innovation Kinetics gives organisations an edge in innovation skills.
We offer a range of training services to build innovation skills from short events to full capability programmes, based on best practice principles. Our work includes bespoke processes, tools, techniques, templates and take-away materials.
- Innovation simulation – These fast-paced and high-energy workshops use simulation techniques to disrupt normal patterns and generate quick win ideas.
- Live-issue workshops – To tackle specific challenges, we examine issues using structured techniques and multiple perspectives while asking teams to address their roles in new ways.
- Coaching – Innovation Kinetics helps teams think more creatively by showing them how to challenge the status quo. And we coach teams on how to fast track ideas through organisations by overcoming unconscious saboteurs and common barriers. We work with people who are new to innovation roles and also with teams from non-marketing disciplines from finance to R&D.
- Global training rollout – We create programmes, techniques and tools that can be adapted across local or global teams and across geographies.
